The link to access your files is available immediately upon purchase. A copy is also emailed to you.

Click the link provided to access your template.

Once you've edited it. Click share > download > pdf.

From there, email to your local print shop or print at home!

Canva is a free app, and everything we sell can be edited & customized on your end for free. You simply sign up for a free Canva account, and when you click the link to open your templates, you'll be directed to Canva.

They have plenty of educational resources online, but the editing is the same as all other applications. Click on the text, select it and type your new information.

Return Policy

All Studio MaMo products are digital or lovingly made-to-order. In light of the care we put into each project, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been placed. 

You are our number one priority, so if you need help – let us know. We understand that accidents happen. If a file download link becomes broken, or your order arrives damaged in transit please reach out directly, support@studio-mamo.com

For orders that are shipped (i.e. NOT DIGITAL FILES)... if anything isn’t perfect with your order, please snap a pic and send it along with your email. We’d appreciate it if you could send it within 24 hours of delivery. If you haven’t reached out within 72 hours of delivery, we’ll assume you’re delighted with your product! 

Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed. With the following exceptions: custom orders and custom art timelines will be outlined between the Studio & client directly.

Personalized items can take up to one (1) week to ship.
